App Activity: Usage data (e.g., pages visited, features used, and interactions with advertisements).
Approximate Location: General location (country/region) derived from your IP address for localized content and ads.
Performance Data: Crash logs and diagnostics via Firebase Crashlytics to ensure app stability.
Note: We do not require any login or registration in our app. Our app displays job news using our website (ajkerchakri.linkupoption.com). These job posts are only for informational purposes, and we do not collect any personal data through them.
2. How We Use Information
- Improvement: To understand how users interact with our app and improve user experience.
- Notifications: To send push notifications about new job updates.
- Google AdMob: To serve advertisements. AdMob may use the Advertising ID to show personalized ads.
- Meta (Facebook) SDK: For app analytics and measuring the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
- Security: We do not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.
3. Data Deletion and Control
We do not require users to create an account or provide personal information such as their name, phone number, or email address to use the app. However, certain technical information, such as an FCM device token, may be processed on our server for notification delivery and related functionality.

User Control: You can reset or delete your Google Advertising ID through your Android device settings. The available options and settings may vary depending on your Android version and device manufacturer.
Advertising Preferences: You can manage your advertising preferences and, where available, limit personalized advertising through your Android device settings. Third-party services such as Google AdMob and Meta/Facebook may also provide their own privacy and advertising controls.
Local Data: Favourites and certain app preferences stored locally on your device can be removed by clearing the apps data or uninstalling the app.
4. Favourites, Reminders & Local Preferences
- Local Storage: The App allows you to save jobs to a favourites list and select localized preferences (such as District, Thana, or notification filters). These preferences are stored locally on your device for fast access.
- Deadline Notifications: To send automated deadline reminders for your favourited jobs, the App transmits a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token and the corresponding Job ID to our server for processing and scheduling push notifications.
- Privacy Protection: This information is used for notification delivery and scheduling. We do not use this information to identify users by name, phone number, or email address.
- User Control: Clearing app data or uninstalling the App will remove locally stored favourites and reset locally stored preferences.
5. Notifications & App Updates
- Push Notifications: Our app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send job alerts and deadline reminders based on your selected preferences. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
- App Updates: We use Google Play Services (In-App Update API) and our secure server API to check for new app versions and prompt you to update directly from the Google Play Store for improved security and performance.
6. Third-Party Services
- We use Google Analytics for Firebase to measure app usage and performance.
- We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications.
- Our app may contain external links (e.g., job source websites). Their privacy policies will apply once you leave our app.

7. Government Disclaimer & Financial Safety Notice
- Government Affiliation: Ajker Chakri is a private, independent job news provider and is NOT affiliated with, authorized by, or representing any government entity.
- Financial Warning: We strongly advise users never to pay money to any individual or organization for job placement or interview scheduling. Always verify job offers through official company sources.
8. External Links
Our app displays job news using our website (ajkerchakri.linkupoption.com) and may contain links to external job source websites. Once you leave our app, the privacy policy of those external sites will apply.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

We take appropriate steps to ensure that data collected via analytics is protected.
11. Advertising and Promotions
Our application displays advertisements to support our services. We use Google AdMob as a third-party ad provider. Additionally, we may display "House Ads," direct sponsorships, or custom internal promotions to market our own services, products (such as Link Up Option), or selected third-party businesses and services.
While interacting with these custom advertisements or sponsored banners, we may track basic usage statistics, such as ad impressions and clicks, solely to measure the performance of these promotions. No personally identifiable information (PII) is shared or collected during this process.
12. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Content Moderation
Our app allows employers to create accounts and submit job postings through our web platform. Job postings submitted through an employer account may be identified in the app as “সরাসরি নিয়োগদাতা” (Direct Employer).
The “সরাসরি নিয়োগদাতা” label only indicates that the job posting was submitted through an employer account. It does not mean that the employer has been independently verified, endorsed, or approved by Ajker Chakri or any government authority.
We prohibit objectionable, misleading, illegal, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate job-related content on our platform.
- In-App Reporting: Users can report suspicious, misleading, incomplete, or inappropriate job postings through the “Report” option available in the app.
- Moderation & Action: Reported job postings may be reviewed by our administration team. Where necessary, we may edit, restrict, disable, or remove content that violates our guidelines or appears to contain misleading, fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate information.
- Employer-Submitted Content: Job information submitted by employers is provided by the respective employer or account holder. Ajker Chakri does not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, legality, or availability of every employer-submitted job posting.
- User Responsibility: Users should independently verify important job details, including employer identity, job requirements, application procedures, fees, deadlines, and contact information, before taking any action.
